State Representative Scott Allen has released a video calling for better cell tower regulation.
The demand for data and reliability means that cell companies need more cell towers. While almost everyone is using a cell phone these days, not everyone likes the prospect of their neighbor putting a 200-foot cell tower in their back yard.
AB 130, introduced by Rep. Allen, would be a reasonable adjustment to current law, and allow local governments to restrict cell tower placement a certain distance from property lines.

The 97th Assembly District includes portions of the City of Waukesha and the Towns of Waukesha, Genesee, and Mukwonago.
