Madison, WI – Today the Wisconsin State Assembly passed an Assembly Joint Resolution co-authored by State Represenative Jesse Kremer (R-Kewaskum) and Senator Duey Stroebel (R-Saukville) to honor the distinguished life of former representative Michael “Mickey” A. Lehman. His son, Dave, and his daughter-in-law, Michelle, were both able to attend today’s Assembly Session.

“Former Wisconsin Representative ‘Mickey’ Lehman passed away with family at his side on August 7, 2017. I was proud to honor Mickey’s life and service to the State of Wisconsin and his constituents with a Joint Resolution on the Floor of the Assembly this afternoon,” said Rep. Kremer. “It was wonderful that a couple of his relatives, also friends of mine, son, Dave, and daughter-in-law Michelle, were also able to attend this memorable event.”

Mickey Lehman was a passionate supporter of tax reform and business development while representing the 58th and 99th Assembly Districts and during his tenure in the Department of Revenue. Mickey also invested much time into his community as a private citizen, including working with the Harford Chamber of Commerce and the Miller Park Stadium Board.
