Madison…Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) released the following statement concerning a legislative package on Alzheimer’s and dementia introduced by Rep. Ken Skowronski (R-Franklin), Rep. Mike Rohrkaste (R- Neenah), Rep. Pat Snyder (R- Schofield) and Rep. Paul Tittl (R- Manitowoc).
“I would like to thank my Assembly colleagues for continuing the work of last session’s Speaker’s Task Force on Alzheimer’s and Dementia. The legislative package reflects our caucus’ desire to help those with dementia, their caregivers and families. With a growing number of people dealing with forms of dementia, we must continue to explore legislative actions that can make a difference.”
