AG Schimel on partisan social science: “What the other side’s doing is their trying to find some reason why they keep losing. Their efficiency gap argument that they made was not adopted by the lower court in Wisconsin, it’s not a workable standard…The Supreme Court has made clear over and over again that [asking for proportional representation of political parties] is not permissible.”
