Schenck is hosting the 2017 Real Estate Forum, “Transforming your Playbook for Change,” featuring guest presenters Ed Policy, vice president and general counsel of the Green Bay Packers, and Peter Feigin, president of the Milwaukee Bucks.
Participants will learn how game changers embrace innovation and lead transformative teams. Presenters will first review tax opportunities that currently exist for real estate owners and operators, and then share how potential tax legislation could become a game changer under the new presidential administration. Presenters will evaluate the impact of potential tax rate compression on capital gains and provide details on possible home ownership incentives, carried interests, real property deductions and limitations on like-kind exchanges.
Guest presenters Ed Policy of the Green Bay Packers and Peter Feigin of the Milwaukee Bucks will come together for the first time on the same stage to offer a peek at the sports venue development playbooks for their iconic brands. Attendees will learn about year-round sports venue trends, commonalities and differences between their two expansion projects and next steps for the attractions.
The forum will be held in two locations:
-Tuesday, Feb. 28 at the Harley-Davidson Museum®, The Garage, at the crossroads of 6th and Canal Streets, Milwaukee
-Thursday, March 9 at the Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center, 1000 Cameron Way, Neenah
