WISCONSIN – Taureau Group, formerly Schenck M&A Solutions, is hosting an M&A Forum, “Riding the Wave of a Robust M&A Market.” The third annual forum will be held Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 2:30 to 5 p.m. in the Lambeau Field Atrium, 1265 Lombardi Ave., Green Bay. Registration begins at 2 p.m. A reception will follow to officially launch and celebrate Schenck M&A Solutions’ new entity concept under the branding of Taureau Group, LLC.
Forum participants will learn about growth options in a strong M&A market, including insight into where the market may be headed and signs the pendulum might swing. Presenters will share valuable insight into trends, an overview of market drivers, and discuss what to look for in a quality opportunity, including how that might differ by industry.
The forum will begin with an opening address and economic update. Ann Hanna, managing director of Taureau Group, will moderate a panel discussion of professionals who will share insight into how to navigate a successful business transition. Panelists include Michael Graf, president, Letterhead Press, Inc.; Steve Mirecki, president/CEO, Color Craft Graphic Arts; Mike Wirth, director, Mason Wells; and Corey Vanderpoel, managing director, Taureau Group. Participants will also choose to attend one of the three breakout sessions offered, focusing on maximizing value in your business; executing and financing acquisitions; and selling to private equity.
