GOP state Sen. Leah Vukmir raised nearly $250,000 in a little more than three weeks after she formally got into the race for U.S. Senate, her campaign announced today.
Vukmir, R-Brookfield, officially declared Sept. 7, and the reporting period ended Sept. 30.
Reports for federal candidates covering July 1-Sept. 30 are due to the FEC later this month.
Fellow GOP candidate Kevin Nicholson and U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Madison, have not yet released fundraising numbers for the third quarter.
