Eau Claire, Wisconsin – Assistant Democratic Assembly Leader Dianne Hesselbein announced her endorsement of Dana Wachs for Governor of Wisconsin.
State Rep. Hesselbein is the latest to join the growing list of legislators that have endorsed Wachs.
“It was an easy choice to endorse Dana for Governor,” said Hesselbein. “In my time in the legislature and in Wisconsin politics I’ve met few leaders who can match Dana’s integrity. Wisconsin needs a leader like Dana who can move our state in a different direction from Scott Walker’s brand of insider politics.”
“Dianne is a proud progressive and it’s an honor to have earned her support,” added Wachs. “Having worked closely with Dianne I know that she is a champion for Wisconsin’s working families and we share the same vision of a Wisconsin where we support and grow the middle class.”
