There were three $1 million top prizes in the Royal Millions scratch game. Two players have claimed $1 million prizes. Elia Prado of Delhi, California, purchased her winning ticket at Speedway at 5959 75th Street in Kenosha. Ronald Alvarez of Dousman purchased his winning ticket at Woodman’s Food Market at 1099 South Grand Avenue in Sun Prairie.
In addition to the top prize, players can win between $30 and $50,000. Each Royal Millions instant ticket costs $30.
Retailers who sell winning tickets over $599 receive an incentive of 2 percent of the winning ticket amount up to $100,000.
