“It’s like Nicholson was dying to confess that he already sold out Wisconsin working families”

MADISON — Best known for selling out early to a billionaire CEO and megadonor from Illinois to the tune of $3.5 million, GOP Senate candidate Kevin Nicholson evidently remains highly committed to maintaining his reputation as out-of-state megadonors’ favorite candidate in the Republican primary.

Nicholson on Tuesday released his fundraising numbers for the third quarter of 2017, and in the process announced to Wisconsinites that it’s out-of-state big money special interests, not Wisconsin working families, that he’s committed to representing if elected.

Via Nicholson’s own campaign press release, here’s a who’s who list of new out-of-state big donors to whom Nicholson has already sworn his allegiance at the expense of working families:

“Wisconsinites now know with certainty that Kevin Nicholson is completely bought-and-paid-for by out-of-state big money special interests,” said Brad Bainum, Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesperson for the 2018 Senate race. “In a way, you have to admire his openness: It’s like Nicholson was dying to confess that he already sold out Wisconsin working families by committing to help his out-of-state big donors get even richer.”
