[Madison, WI] — Senator Baldwin announced in an interview with WBAY that she is opposing President Trump and Speaker Ryan’s tax reform plan that would save an average hard-working family of four $1,182 a year. Instead of standing up for Wisconsinites, Senator Baldwin is once again picking Washington over Wisconsin.
“The plan put forward by Speaker Ryan and President Trump gives hard-working Wisconsin families a raise,” said Alec Zimmerman, spokesman for the Republican Party of Wisconsin. “Senator Baldwin’s opposition to this tax reform bill – which would save an average family of four over $1000 per year – makes it apparent that she is siding with Washington over Wisconsin now more than ever.”
