WNA opposes Walker plan to change some official publishing requirements

The Wisconsin Newspaper Association has produced ads for members to oppose the guv's plan to give state agencies the option to meet some official publishing requirements through online posting.
In announcing the budget proposal, the guv's office said the move was aimed at creating new efficiencies, pointing out in fiscal year 2014-15, state agencies and the UW System spent more than $100 million on printing, mailing and publishing.
