First, Dallet was caught by the Wisconsin State Journal making false claims over when she removed herself from cases, now Dallet is facing new criticism over her recusal policy (or lack thereof) – with the Republican Party of Wisconsin filing a complaint outlining how Dallet took money from attorneys within days of hearing their cases on the bench.
