Middleton attorney and Supreme Court candidate Tim Burns pulled in $79,041 ahead of next week’s three-way primary.

Burns also reported spending $60,337 between Jan. 1 and Feb. 5, ending the period with $125,937 cash on hand, according to his campaign filing report.

Fellow candidate Rebecca Dallet, a Milwaukee County Circuit Court judge, previously reported raising $91,746, nearly $13,000 more over the same period. Sauk County Judge Michael Screnock’s report was not yet posted at the Ethics Commission’s site.

The primary is Feb. 20.
