GREEN BAY, Wis. — The Dairy Business Association today endorsed candidates in a number of races for seats in the state Legislature.

All of the candidates have demonstrated dedication to supporting Wisconsin’s dairy community, said John Holevoet, director of government affairs for the dairy policy group.

“The state needs legislative leaders who understand the importance of the dairy community to the economy and our rural communities,” Holevoet said. “The candidates we are supporting show an understanding of our key issues and a commitment to addressing them.”

DBA earlier announced its support for Gov. Scott Walker and Atty. Gen. Brad Schimel for re-election.
