EAU CLAIRE- Jodi Emerson is pleased to announce her candidacy to represent the 91st District in the State Assembly as a Democrat. While raising her family in Eau Claire, she began to involve herself in her community. Jodi always strived to improve the world around her.

For the past several years, she has worked with a local anti-human trafficking non-profit and has served on Wisconsin’s Anti-Trafficking Task Force. She has worked with legislators from both parties in advocating and authoring several pieces of legislation. Jodi looks to use her experience and proven work ethic to further advance other issues that she holds dear.

“I’ve dedicated the last 5 years of my life to combating human-trafficking in the Chippewa Valley and all across the state. I’ve used my ability to find a common ground to bring both parties together in the advancement of human-trafficking policies. As a State Representative, I will use the same passion in fighting for good paying jobs, affordable healthcare, accessible education and the protection of the environment,” Emerson said.

Emerson’s campaign will be hosting a launch event on March 6th at 5pm at Houligan’s Pub. She will be available to the media that afternoon. Any further questions can be directed to Jodi at Jodi@emersonforassembly.com or to her Campaign Manager, Taylor Limberg, at taylor@emersonforassembly.com.
