Evers campaign: Announces $6M raised in fall pre-election period

MADISON- Today, the Tony Evers for Wisconsin campaign announced that it raised $6 million in the fall pre-election period. For the September 1st to October 22nd period, the campaign received more than 48,000 donations.

“This latest strong fundraising report shows the enthusiasm and grassroots support for Tony’s campaign,” said campaign manager Maggie Gau. “While Scott Walker may have the backing of deep-pocketed special interests who know they can count on him to do their bidding, our strong grassroots fundraising means we have the resources we need to compete and win in the home stretch.”

Since the beginning of the general election, the Evers campaigns has received more than 60,000 donations and raised more than $8 million.
