Only Candidate to Receive Contributions from all 72 Wisconsin Counties

MADISON – Tony Evers raised nearly $110,000 over the last month for the July Pre-Primary fundraising report. Evers received over 2400 contributions over July – more than any of his Democratic primary opponents in the previous six-month reporting period. Evers is the only candidate to receive financial contributions from all 72 Wisconsin counties.

“As evidenced by this report – our campaign continues to gather broad-based support from every corner of Wisconsin. It’s clear Wisconsinites are ready for a change. It’s time we finally fund our public schools, fix our roads and lower healthcare costs for Wisconsin families. Thank you to all our donors for their generous support,” Evers Campaign Manager Maggie Gau said.

Over the last two weeks, polls from NBC News/Marist Poll and Emerson Polling have shown Evers with healthy leads over both the Democratic primary field AND incumbent Governor Scott Walker. Evers is the current State Superintendent of Wisconsin’s public schools. He has never trailed his Democratic opponents since entering the race nearly a year ago and has continued to grow his lead over the field.
