Tony Evers’ latest TV ad mocks Scott Walker’s claim to be an education governor, saying his GOP rival has shown he has “no clue” how to help Wisconsin families.
Evers’ campaign said starts running statewide today on broadcast and cable TV.
The spot features Evers talking directly into the camera, and the state schools superintendent opens the ad noting Walker’s claim he’s been an education governor.
“Sure he has,” Evers says.
He then says Walker has educated “us” how to increase healthcare costs. He adds that Walker cuts to public schools hurt kids while “he’d rather play politics than fix our roads” and “has no clue on how to help Wisconsin families.”
Evers closes the spot, “I don’t know about you folks, but I’ve had enough of Scott Walker’s education. I’m Tony Evers, and it is time for a change.”
