Grothman highlights work for people with disabilities in new TV ad

Republican U.S. Rep. Glenn Grothman is airing a new TV ad that highlights his work for people with disabilities.

The 30-second spot opens with a testimonial from two women and a man who identify as the Kerzan family.

“We really feel that Glenn listens to his constituents and acts on things that we need,” one of the women says along with b-roll of Grothman talking.

She continues, arguing many politicians in Washington aren’t knowledgeable about the issues disabled people and their families face.

A woman who is identified as Yael Kerzan then says, “Glenn is my champion. He really listens to what I have to say.”

The first woman identified underscores Grothman’s bill, HR 5658, which she she claims created more jobs for people with disabilities.

“We feel that he is working for us,” she says.

The ad begins airing on broadcast, cable, radio and digital in the Milwaukee and Green Bay media markets.

Grothman is running against Dem Dan Kohl in the 6th CD.
