Mukwonago– State Representative Cody Horlacher (R-Mukwonago) is officially announcing his re-election campaign for the 33rd Assembly District.
“It has been my honor to represent the people of the 33rd District for the past four years. We have worked collaboratively to help Wisconsinites across this state to live and work. We have taken many positive steps forward but there is still more to do,” said Rep. Horlacher. “I am eternally grateful that the people of my district have entrusted me to fight for them in Madison and I look forward to continuing to do so in the 2019-2020 session.
Rep. Horlacher’s work this session includes creating the Hire Heroes program to provide transitional jobs to veterans, protecting children throughout Wisconsin who are victims of chronic neglect, and implementing an electronic system to track the sale of pseudoephedrine products statewide.
In this, his second term Rep. Horlacher served as Chair of the Regulatory Licensing Reform Committee, Vice Chair of the Judiciary Committee in addition to serving as a member of the Agriculture, Criminal Justice, Campaigns & Elections Committees, and Blue Ribbon Commission on School Funding.
The 33rd Assembly District includes communities in Jefferson, Waukesha, and Walworth counties.
