Democratic gubernatorial candidate Kelda Roys announced her campaign has raised more than $1 million since getting in the race.

The latest figures mean Roys has pulled in about $175,000 since June 30, the end of the last reporting period. Campaign spokesman Brian Evans told WisPolitics.com the latest fundraising haul was made without any new loans.

Finance reports show Roys raised $824,574 between entering the race in December and June 30, making the former state representative once of the top fundraisers in the Dem guv field.

Still, Roys’ figures include a total $356,474 in personal loans between getting in the race and June 30.
