Grafton – Today, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee announced Dan Kohl’s inclusion in their highly selective ‘Red to Blue’ program.

Kohl has built a formidable campaign infrastructure by garnering local support, engaging with grassroots organizations and out-raising his opponent for four straight quarters. Additionally, Kohl’s message and record have resonated with the voters of Wisconsin’s 6th District, making this a critical race to watch in the Democratic quest to take back the House in November.

“I am honored to receive the ‘Red to Blue’ designation from the DCCC,” said non-profit leader and business executive Dan Kohl. “After months of meeting with people all across our District and listening to their concerns, it is clear to me that voters in this district are looking for a change from the broken status quo in Washington. Everywhere I go, I hear from folks who are tired of all the finger pointing and are looking for leaders who will work to find common sense solutions to the problems that they face. The momentum on this race is all on our side, and I’m excited to carry that energy through to the November election .”

Red to Blue is a highly competitive and battle-tested program at the DCCC that arms top-tier candidates with organizational and fundraising support to help them continue to run strong campaigns. Additionally, the DCCC provides strategic guidance, staff resources, candidate trainings, and more. It is not an endorsement.
