Celebrate Milwaukee Veterans Week on Wednesday, November 7th from 11am-1pm at the Milwaukee Veterans in the Workforce Awards Luncheon hosted by the Harley-Davidson Museum. The Milwaukee Veterans in the Workforce Awards Luncheon will feature community and business leaders, celebrate local veteran-friendly businesses, and highlight the resources available to them. The Milwaukee Veterans in the Workforce Awards Luncheon is presented by the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce and Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce and sponsored by County Executive Chris Abele, WaterStone Bank, and Northwestern Mutual.
Our keynote speaker is Joe Allie, Director of Global Competency at Rockwell Automation. Joe is responsible for the Rockwell Automation University School of Technology, which includes the Academy of Advanced Manufacturing. The AAM prepares military veterans for careers in the manufacturing sector. Awards will also be presented in the following categories:
