Delavan, WI — Republican U.S. House candidate Paul Nehlen has just announced the addition of a preeminent academic to his campaign team.
“Effective today, I’m very pleased to announce that Dr. Kevin MacDonald will take on the role of Campaign Spokesman. After reading some of Dr. MacDonald’s work, I reached out to him and began a dialogue,” recounted Nehlen. “We hit it off, and well, here we are.”
Dr. MacDonald is a retired tenured Professor of Psychology at California State University – Long Beach. After receiving a Master’s degree in evolutionary biology, he received a Ph.D. in Biobehavioral Sciences, both at the University of Connecticut. Since assuming his position at California State University, his research focused on developing evolutionary perspectives on culture, developmental psychology and personality theory, the origins and maintenance of monogamous marriage in Western Europe, and ethnic relations (group evolutionary strategies). He is the author of more than 100 scholarly papers and reviews, and numerous books.
“When I broached the subject of Dr. MacDonald’s interest in joining the campaign with my current spokesman, Josh Smith, Josh’s reaction was, ‘The man is a legend. If he wants to help you, tell him yes immediately.'”
“Josh will be moving into the role of Legislative Director, reflective of his significant contributions and ongoing commitment to the #ShallNotCensor legislative proposal; a pending FEC complaint related to unlawful electioneering and collusion against my campaign by a U.S. corporation, an NGO, and a foreign government; the #PardonClint initiative, to secure clemency from President Trump for First Lieutenant Clint Lorance, who is currently imprisoned at Fort Leavenworth; and further initiatives, including the #OneLoyaltyAct, to be released in the very near future.”
“Lastly, I want to somewhat retroactively acknowledge R. Houck as a policy analyst working on solutions that fit with the strategy of this campaign. I’m very pleased with the efforts and productivity of the team thus far,” Nehlen added.
“I am confident that the trailblazing work we are doing is reflective of the kind of representation that Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional district, and the citizens of America, truly deserve. My #AmericaFirst initiatives will always lead to #AmericaFirst results.”
