Wisconsin Next, the super PAC supporting GOP candidate Leah Vukmir, is up with a new TV ad that slams U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Madison” as “radically out of touch” on abortion.
The group’s latest filing with the FEC shows a $150,000 expenditure for a TV buy and $10,361 for ad production. Wisconsin Next said that is for the initial buy, but declined to provide other details.
The narrator opens the spot saying, “It’s called partial-birth abortion” as the ad shows an infant. The narrator goes on to say the “tiny legs, body and arms” are delivered of a young child, who has a heartbeat and the ability to feel pain.
“Then its life is ended,” the narrator says as the screen goes black.
The narrator then adds Baldwin voted repeatedly to allow partial-birth abortions and even supported “the unthinkable,” abortion for gender selection.
“Tammy Baldwin, she’s radically out of touch,” the narrator says to close the spot.
