Washington, D.C. (Oct. 17, 2018) – NFIB, the nation’s leading small business advocacy association, is endorsing Bryan Steil (WI-01) for election to the United States House of Representatives. NFIB announced the endorsement today at member business Irving Polishing & Manufacturing Company in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
“Bryan Steil has a deep understanding of the challenges that Wisconsin small businesses face,” said NFIB’s Wisconsin State Director Bill Smith. “We are confident he will be a strong advocate for small businesses in the U.S. House and will support efforts to roll back onerous regulations. On behalf of small businesses in Wisconsin’s 1st Congressional District, we are proud to endorse Bryan Steil for election to the United States House of Representatives.”
Bryan Steil is from Janesville, Wisconsin.
“I am proud to have the support of NFIB. As I meet small business owners and employees across the district, they are concerned with rising healthcare costs and making sure we continue to create jobs, raise wages, and expand opportunities in Southeast Wisconsin. In Congress, I will use my experience in manufacturing and education to keep taxes low for workers and small businesses and prepare our workforce for the jobs of the future,” said Steil.
“We know good small business policy comes with electing good small business candidates,” said NFIB National Political Director Sharon Sussin. “Bryan Steil will be a staunch supporter of issues that concern small business owners in Wisconsin and across the country, and we are glad to endorse him today.”
NFIB is the nation’s leading small business advocacy association. Bryan Steil’s endorsement today comes from the NFIB FedPAC, the organization’s political action committee. Small business owners vote in high percentages and they are influential in their communities. NFIB members in Wisconsin will work hard to elect Bryan Steil to the U.S. House.
