Join for lunch at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Innovation Accelerator in Wauwatosa on Friday Oct. 12 for a discussion of the state of research investment in Wisconsin.

Panelists on Oct. 12: Sen. Alberta Darling, co-chair Wisconsin Legislature’s Joint Finance Committee; Wisconsin Technology Council President Tom Still; Laura Strong, founder and CEO at Propagate Health in greater Madison; and UWM Johnson Controls Chair Deyang Qu, a professor of mechanical engineering who specializes in battery research.

Check-in and lunch begins at 11:30 a.m., with the program going from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a moderated discussion and a Q&A session with audience members.
