MADISON – Today, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin (PPAWI) announced its endorsement of Josh Kaul for attorney general.
Statement from Nicole Safar, Executive Director of PPAWI:
“PPAWI is proud to endorse Josh Kaul for attorney general. Throughout his career, Josh has shown us who he is: a strong advocate for women and families and a leader who will fight for justice for everyone in Wisconsin as attorney general. He understands women across Wisconsin need better access to affordable, high quality health care. Josh will fight against politically motivated laws that block women from the care they need.
“Josh is an experienced, talented attorney who is dedicated to making Wisconsin better for women and families. He is committed advancing issues important to Planned Parenthood’s patients and supporters including dismantling discriminatory voting laws, protecting sexual assault survivors’ rights, protecting birth control access and rejecting partisan attempts to interfere in the doctor-patient relationship. As attorney general, Josh Kaul will be a champion for Wisconsin women and families.”
