Representative Evan Goyke (D-Milwaukee) today announced the endorsements of several local elected officials in Milwaukee.
One of several local elected officials in overlapping districts, Alderman Russell Stamper, said, “I support Evan, he’s a hard worker and a good friend.” Alderman Michael Murphy said, “Representative Goyke serves his constituents well. We work well together for our Milwaukee neighborhoods and I support his re-election.”

Democratic State Representative Evan Goyke is a resident and homeowner in the Historic Concordia Neighborhood on Milwaukee’s near west side. Prior to his election, Rep. Goyke served as an attorney in the Office of the State Public Defender and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School. During his time in office, he has led several successful bipartisan legislative efforts, including helping to bring a close to the troubled Lincoln Hills juvenile prison. The primary election is August 14th and the general election is November 6th.
