Madison—Representative Mike Kuglitsch (R-New Berlin) released the following statement following Governor Scott Walker’s State of the State address this afternoon:
“I am pleased with the goals laid out by Governor Walker in his State of the State Address. I believe Wisconsin is on the right path, our economy continues to grow with a record low unemployment rate of 3% and the highest participation rate of workers in over 15 years.”
”While our economy continues to grow there comes a need for additional and well trained workers. I applaud Governor Walker for his expansion of the workers training program and recruitment of workers to our state.”
“I agree with Governor Walker’s priorities to continue to invest in our schools at a record funding level and his commitment to reform the welfare system which will move able bodied individuals from dependency to the dignity of work.”
“I am excited to continue to work with the Governor for my constituents and continue moving Wisconsin forward.”
