Madison…State Representative John Macco (R-Ledgeview) has once again been named Chairman of the Assembly Committee on Ways and Means for the upcoming 104th Wisconsin Legislative session.
Today, Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) announced the Assembly standing committee chair positions.
“The Committee Ways and Means was the fourth busiest standing committee in the Assembly last session – processing 71 pieces of legislation. I am honored that Speaker Vos has once again placed his trust in my leadership of the committee and we will continue our work to comprehensively reform the Wisconsin state tax code. It is the goal of the Assembly Committee on Ways and means to make your taxes low, fair and simple.” said Rep. Macco.
