MADISON – On Monday, Representative Jessie Rodriguez (R-Oak Creek) was re-elected unanimously by her colleagues to Majority Caucus Secretary, her third time serving in the role.
“Being elected Majority Caucus Secretary for the third time, is a tremendous honor. I’m proud to have earned the trust and support from my colleagues and I’m looking forward to working with them as we focus on moving Wisconsin forward in the next legislative session,” said Rodriguez.
The Majority Caucus Secretary manages caucus funds, mentors new legislators and staff, acknowledges milestone events in the lives of caucus members, and assists the caucus chair and the caucus vice-chair whenever necessary.
Jessie Rodriguez was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2013 and re-elected since 2014. She will begin her fourth term serving the 21st Assembly District on January 7, 2019. The 21st Assembly District includes the cities of Oak Creek, South Milwaukee and Franklin.
