FOR STATE ASSEMBLY
Senators join fellow Assembly members in backing Rockwood’s candidacy
MILWAUKEE – Chris Rockwood, candidate for Wisconsin’s 14th Assembly District, today issued the following statement:
“It’s a tremendous honor to have these three state senators join several of their Assembly colleagues from the Milwaukee delegation in endorsing my campaign to represent the 14th District. I’m proud to have their support as we work to elect more Democrats to both houses of the Legislature in November.”
Senator Chris Larson stated, “Chris Rockwood has proven himself as a progressive champion who stands up for public education, affordable health care, and ensuring that our government works for everyone, not just the wealthy and special interests. Chris’s neighbors in the 14th District will have a serious, proactive leader working on their behalf in Madison, and I look forward to working with him to get our public schools the funding our kids deserve.”

Chris Rockwood is a resident of Wauwatosa and longtime advocate for Wisconsin’s public schools. He is running to represent the 14th Assembly District in the November 6, 2018 general election.
