Roys outraised and outspent field in July, still has cash on hand advantage

MADISON, WI – During the latest reporting period, Kelda Roys held a commanding lead in fundraising, cash on hand, and campaign spending. Roys’ campaign is in the best position to earn the votes of undecided or loosely committed Democrats across Wisconsin.

During the latest reporting period, Roys raised $147,358.70, spent $523,569.77, and had $291,550.98 on hand.

“Kelda Roys is entering the final stretch of this campaign with the resources, message, and momentum needed to win,” said spokesperson Brian Evans. “If Democrats want a candidate who can take on and take down Scott Walker, they must vote for Kelda Roys.

“The last time Walker lost an election, it was to a strong, politically savvy, progressive woman – Congresswoman Gwen Moore,” added Evans. “Roys is ready to continue that trend.”
