[Milwaukee, Wis.] – At the Milwaukee Federalist Society’s Wisconsin Supreme Court Candidate Forum Monday night, Sauk County Circuit Court Judge Michael Screnock emerged as the clear choice for voters who believe our courts must uphold the rule of law and rely on the Constitution.
During the forum, Judge Screnock made clear that his judicial philosophy is cemented in the rule of law, a respect for the Constitution and the separation of powers, and a keen understanding that judges should not legislate from the bench.
