Milwaukee, WI – Today, Senator Larson released the following statement regarding the post-election extraordinary session on Kimberly-Clark.

“Kimberly-Clark is a highly profitable company that posted a 3.3 billion dollar operating profit in 2017, only paid $1 in net state taxes to Wisconsin over the last four years, and now wants $100 million from us. We cannot afford to give away our state. Endlessly giving away as much public money as possible to companies that don’t need it isn’t an acceptable substitute for a real economic development strategy.”
