Menomonee Falls, WI – Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Menomonee Falls) made the following statement upon being re-elected.

“I am honored and grateful to be re-elected to serve the constituents of the Fifth Congressional District. I hope the margin of my victory is indicative of the confidence voters have in me.  I am proud of what we have accomplished and appreciate the support. I look forward to carrying out the agenda that reflects the will of those who have sent me back to Washington for another term and will remain steadfast in my commitment to those principles on which I campaigned — lower taxes, battling the opioid epidemic, and keeping government regulations in check.

As Dean of the Wisconsin delegation, I congratulate the returning representatives and welcome our newest member, Congressman-elect Bryan Steil.”

Sensenbrenner was first elected to Congress in 1978.  He and his wife, Cheryl, have two adult sons, Frank (Margaret) and Bob (Diana), grandson, Kevin and three rescue dogs.
