Board of Directors committed to safe work environment
Madison, WI – Today, the Isthmus reported on allegations made by five former employees describing a “toxic” workplace at the Tenant Resource Center.
In response to the development, Pearl Foster, president of the Board of Directors, issued the following statement:
“While the Board of Directors cannot comment on ongoing personnel matters, we are committed to creating a safe and respectful workplace,” said Pearl Foster. “All employees deserve to feel safe at work. We look forward to collaborating with Acting Executive Director Sterling Lynk and other staff members to address concerns they may have in regards to the organization’s work environment.”
