De Soto - Thursday night, U.S. Rep. Ron Kind celebrated the reopening of De Soto High School’s football field, which was washed out in the floods of September 2016. Rep. Kind worked with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to help replace the field, which required $500,000 in repairs.
