U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin says she feels good about her re-election bid but “things could change any moment.”
“I am number one on a list that nobody wants to be number one on, and that is super PAC, outside special interest spending,” the Madison Democrat said Sunday on “UpFront with Mike Gousha,” produced in partnership with WisPolitics.com.
