Madison, WI – A powerful $1 million television and digital ad campaign, launching today, features Wisconsin veterans praising the leadership of Senator Tammy Baldwin, as a champion for those who served.  The ad, running over the next three weeks, will cover all of the state, reaching Wisconsin residents multiple times.  The ad is being sponsored by VoteVets Action Fund, the largest progressive group of veterans in America with 19,000 veteran, military family, and civilian supporters in Wisconsin.

The full ad script is below.

The ad features three Wisconsin veterans – Joe Roberts from Spooner, Dan Herbst from Watertown, and Susan Mours, from Sussex.

In the ad, the veterans cite Senator Baldwin’s leadership in bringing about badly needed reforms at the Tomah VA facility, as well as improving physician training, and cracking down on needless opioid prescriptions.

The veterans make clear that attack ads coming from the Koch Brothers just aren’t true.

“Veterans know: Tammy Baldwin has our backs,” the veterans conclude.
