Lung disease patient: “Senator Baldwin is so radical, it literally takes my breath away”
Brookfield, Wis. — Nurse and U.S. Senate candidate Leah Vukmir released a new television ad Tuesday, featuring a woman with a rare lung disease.

Theresa, from Madison, talks about how she’s terrified that Senator Baldwin’s plan will eliminate private insurance for government-run, socialized healthcare. Theresa is one of 3.4 million Wisconsinites who would lose her employer-based health insurance under BaldwinCare.

“It’s hard to breathe, and it’s terrifying. That’s what a rare lung disease does when it picks you.

“I wouldn’t be here without my insurance. Senator Baldwin wants to eliminate private health insurance. She wants the government to choose when I can see my doctor and what care I receive.

“Senator Baldwin is so radical, it literally takes my breath away.”
