Brookfield, Wis. — Proven conservative and U.S. Senate candidate Leah Vukmir released the following statement Saturday while Sen. Tammy Baldwin campaigned with socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders in Eau Claire:
“Sen. Baldwin is showing her true colors by campaigning with avowed socialist Bernie Sanders. She tries to paint herself out to be a moderate, but we know the truth. Wisconsinites will truly ‘feel the burn’ if their plans to have government take over our health care and to make it illegal for Wisconsin to be a right to work state are enacted. I look forward to debating her and beating her this fall.”
