Governor, volunteers fan out to celebrate Independence Day with Veterans, families in all corners of Wisconsin

[Madison, Wis.] – As Americans gather together to celebrate the birth of our country this week, Scott Walker’s campaign team will be joining Wisconsinites at nearly 100 Independence Day parades all across the state.

“The organization and optimism of our grassroots supporters and volunteers are unmatched,” Walker Campaign Manager Joe Fadness said. “We’re planning to have campaign representatives at nearly 100 Independence Day parades in all corners of the state to join with Wisconsin’s hard-working families in supporting our Veterans and celebrating our freedoms.”

While campaign volunteers, supporters, and staff fan out at dozens of parades all across the state, the governor will attend several parades on July 3 and 4 as well, including Menomonee Falls, Franklin, Hartford, and Green Lake, to celebrate Independence Day. The governor started the week off on Sunday at the Kenosha Civic Veterans Parade.
