(WAUKESHA, WI) – Today, Waukesha County Executive Paul Farrow released the following statement in response to County Clerk Kathleen Novack’s announcement that she will resign her position with the County Clerk’s Office after her obligations for the fall election have been completed.
“I want to thank Kathleen Novack for her service as Waukesha County Clerk over the last six years. Overseeing a fair, secure election process is one of the most important functions in local government; Ms. Novack showed great dedication while fulfilling that duty to Waukesha County residents and I wish her well in her retirement. I will support the County Board in any way I can as they move forward in their process of finding the best person to fill this role.”
The Waukesha County Board of Supervisors is seeking applicants to fill the County Clerk seat. Persons interested in applying for the appointment can submit their materials here waukeshacounty.gov/jobs starting Friday, October 19.
