Von Nessen also does annual economic forecasts for South Carolina and provides expert advice to the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

Von Nessen’s presentation will be followed by a conversation with Roxanne Baumann, director of global engagement at Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership, Mark Mone, chancellor of UW-Milwaukee, and David Vasko, director of advanced Technology at Rockwell Automation. Tech Council President Tom Still will moderate.

“It’s often important not to ‘reinvent the wheel’ and to learn from the successes and mistakes of others in similar settings. That’s what Von Nessen can do to help Wisconsin as the Foxconn project gets formally under way,” Still said.
