Leah Vukmir failed to show up for 70% of Opioid Task Force meetings
Appointed to the Governor’s Opioid Task Force in October 2016, Vukmir has since failed to show up for 7 in 10 Opioid Task Force Meetings
MADISON — TOMORROW at 9:30 AM, Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Martha Laning will be hosting a media call to highlight Republican U.S. Senate candidate Leah Vukmir’s record of skipping meetings on Gov. Scott Walker’s Opioid Task Force.
Vukmir was appointed to the Governor’s Opioid Task Force in October 2016, but has since then attended just three of ten Task Force meetings, in person. Vukmir called in to two additional meetings, but did not substantively participate.
