Former lobbyist for far-left group moves to Wisconsin for run for office.
[Madison, WI] — D.C. Dan Kohl, a former lobbyist for a far-left group in Washington, has moved back to Wisconsin to try and steal a congressional seat. He’s an extreme liberal with a record in Washington to back it up. Meanwhile, Glenn Grothman is continuing to fight for Wisconsin taxpayers and hard-working families — cutting federal spending and reducing regulations to help create more jobs.
“D.C. Dan left our state behind to go lobby the swamp – he’s a Washington insider entrenched in D.C. politics,” said Alec Zimmerman, spokesman for the Republican Party of Wisconsin. “While Glenn Grothman is fighting for the hard-working taxpayers of the 6th Congressional District, Kohl has spent the better part of the last decade in D.C. supporting a liberal policy agenda, like the failed Iran Deal. Kohl hasn’t spent enough time in Wisconsin yet to realize just how out-of-touch he is with the voters of our state.”
