WisGOP: Kaul doesn’t have the experience to be Wisconsin’s attorney general

[Madison, WI] — Josh Kaul doesn’t have the experience necessary to be Wisconsin’s Attorney General. In fact, Kaul has never prosecuted a case in Wisconsin. Brad Schimel is a tough-on-crime prosecutor who has fought to keep hard-working families in our state safe. Josh Kaul is a political hack who worked for Hillary Clinton and has a history of offering generous plea deals to dangerous narcotics dealers. Following tonight’s attorney general debate, the Republican Party of Wisconsin released the following statement from Executive Director Mark Morgan:

“Brad Schimel is fighting each and every day to keep Wisconsin families safe. From his work cracking down on the opioid epidemic, to making Wisconsin a leader in testing sexual assault kits, he’s getting things done for our state. His opponent, Josh Kaul, is a political hack who has never prosecuted a case in Wisconsin, served as Hillary Clinton’s political attorney and even has a history of going soft on violent criminals who deal dangerous narcotics. We can’t trust Josh Kaul to keep Wisconsin safe.”
